How can we contact you if we have questions?

You can email us at for customer support. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for a response from our support team. If your case is urgent, please type “Urgent” in your subject field and we will try to respond as quickly as we can.

I need to change my address or other information on my order. How can I do that?

It is best to be careful when filling in your address information, because once your order leaves our office, we can’t change your shipping address anymore. If you need to add a message to the mail carrier, please make us aware of your message when you order. You can either leave a note on your order form, or you can email us at [email protected] prior to placing your order.

We can also add and remove items from your order, but keep in mind that your order might ship before we can respond to your request.

So it’s best to make sure your order is accurate and complete before placing it, but you can always email us at [email protected] and we will respond as quickly as we can.

Meeple Realty is not responsible for lost packages if shipping information is incomplete or inaccurate.

My order seems to be lost in mail. Who can I contact?

We can assist in finding your package to the best of our ability. If your order was shipped to a United States address, you can request that we locate the package through the mail carrier if they will not give you information directly. You can contact us at [email protected] with your order information and we will do our best to track your order.

If your shipping address is outside of the United States and you chose FedEx, you should be able to track your order through their website or by calling their international number. If you are outside of the United States, and you chose USPS as your carrier, we do not have the ability to track or locate your order. USPS does not have contacts in other countries and will not help us with packages once they have left the United States. It is beyond our ability to help find any information besides what is listed on your tracking number page.

It is very important that you make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order, as it will be impossible for us to correct any errors once the package has left our office. Meeple Realty is not responsible for packages that are lost in the mail if any information that was provided is inaccurate or incomplete.

What is the typical processing time for an order?

Our typical processing time is no more than 2 to 3 business days, but could be longer during busier times. Please keep in mind that processing time is different from shipping times.

What happens if I order an item on back order?

We will sometimes allow customers to order products on back order. This means the item is not in stock and still needs to be produced, or some other issue has occurred. If your order contains a back order item, we cannot promise a certain shipment date. It could be more than a week or two before your order ships.

I need replacement parts mailed to me. How do I request them?

Do you have a list of inserts that you are planning to release soon?

We generally don’t announce which inserts we are working on until we are close to releasing them. If you are interested in a specific insert and want to know if we are going to make one, please ask us on the dedicated post on our Facebook page so others can see our answers as well.

Will you be at any upcoming gaming events?

We usually have a booth at Origins and BGGCon. Other then that, we sometimes attend other conventions and will be sure to post an announcement when we do,

Do you offer local pickup?

We do offer local pickup if you are in the area of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Checkout on our website as usual, and if you are in this area, you will be offered free pickup as an option.

Do use any distributors or retailers in Europe or Asia?

We have a partnership with the retailer Philibert in France, BoardGameBliss in Canada, Top Shelf Gamer in the US, and the distributor Spiral Galaxy Game in the UK. We are working on establishing relationships with other distributors and retailers in the future.

Will I be charged import fees at customs?

Each country is different, but the chances are that you will be charged a fee by your country’s customs department. The fees could range from 10USD to 50USD, so it is best to contact your customs department prior to ordering. We do not include these customs fees in our own prices. Our price rates come directly from USPS and Fedex and we do not alter those prices. If your shipping fee seems high, it is a result of your location and the weight of your package. We apologize if the fees do not seem reasonable. We are planning to work with distributors in the future and this will make fees much cheaper for international customers. In the meantime, we recommend using a shipping forwarder which will likely cut your fees down and will likely avoid customs fees. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us at .

Do you have a news and updates newsletter of any kind?

This is not a newsletter, so you will just receive an email occasionally to notify you of a special sale, new release, and anything important.

Is Gloomhaven Town compatible with the 2nd Edition of Gloomhaven that's on Kickstarter?

Yes, it is fully compatible. The game publisher has tested a copy of the insert in the new edition of the game and it fits perfectly.

I backed Widowers Wood from Privateer Press on Kickstarter. Can I sleeve all the cards from the game in your insert?

Yes, you can sleeve all your cards with Fantasy Flight or any thinner sleeves.
